A UNIQUE CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE
The Pop Up Portrait Studio is a unique activation that you can add on to your conferences.
It's a team of professional photographers, studio lighting and a backdrop that can pop up at your event for unlimited professional headshots.
We have found that people tend to lineup
for their headshots and are willing to exchange personal information in order to get free, professional photos.
This is usually the best opportunity to build depth of relationship.
Most conference attendees
get new outfits, their nails, hair, and makeup done to attend a conference because they want to connect with others.
When we capture their photo, they usually post them on social media and remember the moment of connection, forever.
This activation can be a standalone experience, or one that is attached to a booth to enhance their footprint.
THE GUEST EXPERIENCE
Guests line up at the booth to meet the Concierge, they scan a QR code that takes them to a landing page.
After filling in their personal details, they meet our Photographer to take their photos.
Our Concierge performs a light edit, makes them available in a digital gallery, and emails them to the guest to choose their favourites.
Each guest can expect a gallery with 2-10 images and will receive two complimentary photos retouches.
Gallery delivery is within the hour.
Retouched images delivered 2-4 business days following the event.
THE ACTIVATION EXPERIENCE
As a booth, your objective at a conference is usually to have your business development team speak to as many potential prospects and partners as possible to create opportunities for your organization.
The foundation of achieving your objectives is through building new relationships and fostering the old.
A great way to get 30% of attendees at the conference to wait 10 minutes at your booth and listen to your team, is to have a Pop Up Portrait Studio beside you.
There are 2 different opportunities for advertising:
At the top of the landing page, you have the opportunity to insert your branding and a message.
Again when it comes time for the final delivery, we send the link to the gallery in a custom email.
At the end of the event, you'll receive an exported CSV of all the guests that got to participate and get their headshot.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The booth is customizable, the ideal space is 10ft wide x 15ft long.
The smallest space we can operate in is 8ft x 8ft.
What's the physical footprint?
We need wifi and two plugs. We will bring our own power bars and gaff tape to secure the space around the booth.
What are the tech requirements?
Our target time is 20 minutes, but if the booth gets overloaded with guests, we will prioritize capturing more shots instead of editing images.
How long does it take to receive photos?
Unfortunately the system we use to delivery the gallery has generic emails that are not customizable. But we manually send the final folders, that email is custom.
Can we customize the gallery delivery email?
Yes. guests can return for a session later if they change their outfits or if they don't like their original images. They'll be added to their existing gallery.
Can guests have multiple sessions?
Yes, you can add custom watermarks to the image but keep in mind, it decreases the likelihood of the guest posting unless it looks like a magazine.
Can we add a watermark to the images?
