The Guest Experience
Guests sign up for their time slot using a custom event web page. Once they arrive, they meet the team and photographers, they wait until their turn, they get their photos, then they choose their favourite photos for the team to edit.
There are many nuances to this experience including: the event page, the time slots, and the delivery messaging.
It's a perfect opportunity for people to meet and walk away with photos. Every time they see their photo, they'll be reminded of you.

Frequently Asked Questions
We have a handful of studios in the GTA that we get partner rates with. If you'd like to use a different studio, prices may vary slightly if we have to pay the market rate for the rental.
Where is your studio?
You get unlimited photos in the time frame allotted.
Is there a limit to the number of photos we get?
Photos are selected and edited on the spot. People receive them as close to instantly as possible. The priority is to capture as many people as possible, so if it gets chaotic, we'll prioritize capturing and selecting because we can always touch up the edits after. Our target is about 20 minutes after completion.
How long does it take to receive photos?
In the snack packs, we have dried fruits, charcuterie, nuts, fruit, chips, chocolates, water, pop, and champagne. You can bring your own snacks as well. Avoid heavy foods as people usually don't like to take photos on a full stomach and we want to avoid making a mess on your outfits.
What is included in the snack packs?
This is a party and there will be people talking, there will be music playing, and people laughing. Recording video with audio is not ideal because the audio recordings will have a lot of background noise.
Can we record talking head videos at the same time?
Yes, your guests can bring multiple outfits but it's recommended that they just wear multiple layers. With the volume of people, it might get chaotic and if everyone gets 5-15 minutes with a photographer, taking a 5 minute break to change isn't something that we can afford.
