About This Project
Women in Insurance Summit Canada is the premier event dedicated to empowering women and allies in insurance.
This dynamic summit brought together industry trailblazers, rising stars, and supportive leaders to forge meaningful connections, uncover innovative ideas, and advance inclusive leadership across the insurance landscape. With an agenda packed with influential speakers, interactive sessions, and exclusive networking, women gain actionable insights and strategies to drive their careers forward.

The Pop Up Portrait Studio
The Women in Insurance event was a full-day seminar where women in the Insurance Industry attended to get Professional Development Hours and Continuing Education Credits.
This event had sponsors for their programming, but no trade show floor.
We originally set up the portrait studio in the lobby, but after the line got too busy, we had to move the booth to the corner for an easier flow of foot-traffic.
By the end of the event, we had 41.6% of all participants that were in attendance stop by the booth for their Professional Headshots at the conference.

For this event, we were only required to operate the Pop Up Portrait Studio, but there were a few people who asked us to capture some photos of them on stage.
Our objective is to make the experience as delightful as possible for our event partners, thus we helped them improve the experience for their speakers and got them some complimentary photography that you can see below.
