Closing Remarks

"The coverage of the Parkinson’s SuperWalk was fantastic. Your team captured all the key moments, from the start and finish line to the authentic interactions with participants. The highlight video and Saphia’s intro were dynamic and engaging, and the creative camera work and drone shots really brought fresh energy. The interviews were a standout, drawing out thoughtful responses that will be so valuable for our messaging. We also loved the range of photos, from vibrant participant shots to vendor alley coverage, which will be great for future decks and promotions. The energy and professionalism of your team truly elevated the event and exceeded our expectations.”

About This Project

Parkinson Canada wanted to raise awareness and critical funds for Parkinson disease through their SuperWalk event, their largest annual fundraiser. Uniting communities across Canada, they host their walks nationwide - Halifax, Saskatoon, Toronto, Vancouver, and many others - we were responsible for corporate content creation of their Toronto Superwalk. This was a 1-day event in Toronto with over 250 enthusiastic walkers and a full day of keynote speakers and entertainment in between.

Paprclips™

As part of our Corporate Content Creation, we produced Paprclips which are short form edits under one minute in length, designed for high impact distribution. Parkinson Canada ordered the 10-pack and we produced them from the event videos of Man on the Street Interviews and In-Depth Interviews.

15 second Event Recap Video

One of their first deliveries was the 15 second vertical recap video of the Toronto Superwalk, delivered to the client’s email by the day after the event.

This short, high-impact event video was designed to activate the top of the funnel, extending the event’s momentum and driving engagement across digital platforms.

The event brought together hundreds of walkers and supporters, and the energy clearly carried through online. Enjoy the video and see why it’s hard not to feel a little FOMO.

90 second Event Recap Video

This was the main deliverable - the extended 90s version of the 15s Event Recap Video. While the shorter cut provides a high value snapshot for social media, the longer event video edit gives a fuller story of the event; showing the atmosphere and key moments of the event.

Beyond engaging audiences, it also serves as a valuable reference point for organizers, stakeholders, sponsors, and potential investors; capturing the event’s impact in a format that can be revisited, shared, and leveraged for video marketing.

Opening Remarks - Mans on the Street

The first delivery was a Man on the Street interview to kickoff the event. Drawing from our experience, we recognized that not everyone can be there on game day - whether due to the challenges of living with Parkinson’s Disease, not being in the area, or simply life not lining up. But that doesn’t mean they’re not part of the movement.

This kickoff event video enabled the people who were unable to attend a timely update, allowing them to feel part of the movement and connected to what was happening in almost real time.

That’s where your digital presence comes in. It gives everyone a front-row seat, sparks meaningful engagement, and extends the impact of SuperWalk far beyond the event itself. By capturing their attention online and providing content to engage with, you open the door to lasting support: through sponsorships, donations, and ticket sales.

In addition to the full length version, we created Paprclips, giving highlights under one minute and optimized for quick distribution on digital platforms.

We interviewed 5 different participants in a Man on the Street format. We thoughtfully designed interview questions for participants at the event. Each question was crafted to spark meaningful conversations, reflect on personal experiences and tap into the spirit of the SuperWalk.

These video interviews not only added a human touch to the coverage but also created relatable, shareable content that resonates with both attendees and those following along online.

This is a great way to add a higher volume of content from your event, to make the hype last much longer in a social media environment than the 4 hour duration of the event itself.

From these conversations, we produced Paprclips to deliver bite-sized, shareable stories that help drive engagement.

Same Day Social Media Stories

On game day, the excitement and energy is at its peak and people are checking your social channels page. Acting quickly in these critical moments is key to maximize reach and deepen engagement while momentum is at its highest.

To ride this wave of momentum we produced short video clips from 5 seconds to 15 seconds in length, usually made with a mobile device and uploaded with a caption to explain what is happening throughout the event.- to a digital drive for your team to upload on your social media platform.

Designed to mimic the POV of an attendee, these“influencer-style” posts and videos create an immersive experience for viewers in a mobile environment Filmed in vertical and horizontal angles orientation, the content can be used for video marketing across channels..

Often, these moments are missed, the right angles aren’t captured, or photos moments get lost or inaccessible. With us, there’s no need to worry. We deliver an elevated version of attendee-style pictures and videos, designed to highlight the spirit of the event at its best

Custom Feature Video 🐶🐾

This was a custom feature video starring the “Dogs of the SuperWalk”. We captured footage of all the pups at the event and brought it together in an irresistibly cute highlight reel that stole the show.

This started as an idea from our team that ended up being accepted warmly, adding a playful and heartwarming layer to the event.

Full Photo Album of the Event

Our full photo album of the event offers a curated collection of professionally captured and edited photos and videos that showcase every aspect of the event. From inspiring shots of keynote speakers to candid moments with attendees and their pets, this album captures the energy, emotion, and community spirit of the day.

More than just an album, it becomes a versatile tool of event video production for sharing on social media, promoting future events, and demonstrating value to sponsors, partners, and stakeholders that can be used in unlimited formats.

VIP Testimonials

Interviews were guided by questions curated specifically for Parkinson Canada. We directed our questions towards key figures of the event from speakers to those living with Parkinson’s Disease.

To make the experience comfortable and inclusive, we provided accessible services and accommodations, reducing barriers and empowering participants to share their stories with ease.

We can provide these questions in advance of the conference, giving interviewees the opportunity to prepare and express their message thoughtfully.

Each video interview was recorded in under five minutes long, with additional shorter edits, Paprclips, that were under a minute.

These Paprclips ensure that the most powerful moments and takeaways were easily shareable across social channels.

B-roll Favorites Video

This started as an internal reference tool but after repeated requests from clients, this is now offered as a deliverable. This event video has video compilations that capture the energy and spirit of the event in a way that’s both authentic and engaging.

One of the biggest complaints that new clients have is that their videographer did not provide enough footage that their internal marketing teams could use for future use for video marketing.

In our example, we’ve only shared a few minutes of footage but usually, at the end of an event, there’s around 15-30 minutes of usable content.

But if our deliverable is only a 60 second video, we’ve got 29 more minutes of footage that your team can use as they see fit, if interested.
