This album is all about you and your team at the conference. You got a booth, your team has some action, it's time to amplify that reach on internal and external platforms.
You can expect anywhere between 15 and 50 photos of your booth that you can use for your platforms, decks, and presentations.
If your package is ordered in advance, you can expect to receive your first piece content by 2pm on the day of the event.
STAGE PHOTO ALBUM EXAMPLE
This album is all about you or your key employee as they deliver content on stage.
You've practiced your content, it's time for the world to see your performance. Give everyone who wasn't there a taste of your message
You can expect anywhere between 15 and 50 photos of you on stage from various angles. Wide, close, and everywhere in between. These assets are perfect for your social media and more importantly, for future presentations.
If your package is ordered in advance, you can expect to receive your content within 3 hours of your keynote address.
VIDEO EXAMPLE
You’ve got such a cool booth experience, such awesome branded assets, and the best team members representing your organization at the conference.
Your team wants to talk about how awesome the experience is, give them an opportunity to do it in a way that you know will represent you well on social media.
Give them the gift of a memorable experience. Show future team members what it will be like when they go to a conference going forward.
In this media package, you can expect 3-5 minutes of BRoll of your team in action. You’ll also receive a 30s polished video that will be ready to go on social media within 3 hours - 48 hours after the event.
You will have the option to select your video orientation, your music and send your brand assets to customize the video to fit your brand guidelines.

Our target time is 3 hours after capturing the moments happening at your booth or on stage.
How Long Does it Take To Receive Photos?
You can expect 10-50 images in your photo album depending on how big the stage is and what your booth looks like on the trade floor. The more variety the better.
How Many Photos Come in an Album?
The editing period for this project is 48 hours and projects will be edited on a first come first served basis. If you want to get your video faster, you should probably get in queue asap as there are few slots remaining.
How Long Does it Take to Receive a Video?
No but we can get a few video clips of you on stage. We can also record the audio, please respond to the confirmation email after placing your order if you're looking for this.
