Project
The Mortgage Group was on a mission to engage their Top Performing Brokers for a day of fun, connection, and levelling up.
We curated a Portrait Party at a Private Studio where Brokers met Brokers sharing ideas around what’s working, and they walked away with photos that they used to actually grow their business, instantly.

The Studio Selection
The TMG team selected an awesome studio to work in that had 4 separate sections. A lounge, a kitchen, a cyclorama wall, and a loft area.
As brokers entered, they got to see some old faces, meet some new ones, with the feint sounds of Whitney Houston singing I Wanna Dance With Somebody vibing through the speakers.
This makes an ideal environment for a successful Portrait Party.
Studio Portraits

We started with Studio Portraits to get a quick win. These types of images are great for professional branding because they’re easily used for presentations and standard assets like: decks, keynote headshots, business cards, and other promotional materials. They also make for fun behind the scenes content that can get uploaded on social media, and to make the experience feel like an official, professional photoshoot for the Brokers that attended.
As an attendee, you and the Photographer make your way over to the Cyclorama wall for your studio portraits. After a few poses, funny faces, and smiles, it’s time to move to the next section, the loft.
Lifestyle Portraits
This part of the studio is where we could have a little more fun and flexibility with the Brokers and show off their personalities. Variety is always an excellent decision. By wearing layers and choosing spaces with multiple sections, the Brokers were able to use a multitude of sets for their photos. This makes it easier to create more Marketing Materials in the future that, if used correctly, can grow your business.
As an attendee, you and the Photographer go on a walk throughout the venue, posing as much as you can for photos in the remaining session time.
Shot Selection & Editing
This is where the Brokers were able to connect with our editor and see the full gallery of images and choose their favourites for editing. By having a separate monitor, the Brokers were immersed in an experience that they could share with others before they went back to the party to connect with their colleagues.
As an attendee, you go grab a drink and a snack, come back to meet the editor and select your favourites from the gallery, and maybe even share a laugh with your friends.
Instant Delivery
After you choose, we complete the edits and deliver to the attendees email with a link for them to view their personalized gallery where they can download the media assets and use them immediately on their social media platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram.
This was an experience to remember! Brokers got to connect with their colleagues in a unique event format where they could walk away with tangible assets that they can use to actually grow their business right now.
This is not an event where people are talking about growing their business on social media, it’s an event where people are taking action towards growing their business using social media. Posting content, and having real life conversations.
